Generating electronic tickets
If you ordered electronic tickets (as a PDF file for self-printing), you can generate ticket copies. To do this, either create an individual customer account and gain many additional features, or fill in the form below and request the tickets to be sent again by email. Tickets can also be restored in the mobile app. NOTE: Duplicates of traditional tickets (sent by post or courier) are not issued, and if they are lost or destroyed, there is no way to restore them.

Can I regenerate lost tickets?
Yes, it is possible to re-generate lost tickets, but only electronic tickets (sent by e-mail).
How can I generate copies of tickets?
You can generate tickets in your customer panel, via the application, or have them re-sent by e-mail, providing the appropriate address and order number.
Can I generate a copy of traditional tickets or tickets purchased at a point?
No, unfortunately tickets delivered in traditional form or purchased at points (on secured forms) cannot be regenerated, even in electronic form. Remember to secure your tickets properly!
Do I need to have an account at KupBilecik to generate copies of tickets?
No, you do not need to have a customer account to generate copies of electronic tickets. Just fill out the form on the ticket generation page and the system will resend them to you automatically.
